Following our very popular Adult Only Open Days, we are really pleased to announce a whole weekend just for adults.
Put the dates in your diary NOW!
Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th October 10-4pm.
Whatever age you are, if you are over 16, you can come along without any children and enjoy the farm. Ask the grandparents to babysit and escape to indulge yourself with tiny piglets and baby donkeyfoals.
Kids all grown up or too cool to come? Then you too can chill with the goats. Single or no kids? Don’t worry all adults are welcome at Miller’s Ark. These are your days to cuddle all the babies…. followed by delicious food on our sunny patio or heated tea barn

Bring the family and enjoy the adorable donkey foals, cuddle time with the piglets, playtime with the goats, our animal handling area will be open with tiny chicks and ducklings, guinea pigs and bantams. Straw play has been rebuilt with tunnels and straw slides, picnic in the paddock area or enjoy our delicious freshly cooked food from quiches to daily specials, homemade cakes and brownies. Spend your day on the farm😃
We are based just outside Hook RG27 9PH. Admission £8 for everyone under 2’s are free. Don’t forget your loyalty card!

Our experienced team encourage lots of interaction and reminiscence, with many clients booking every year!

May Half Term Open Days
The Half term holiday is nearly here and we have a lots of days of fun starting on:
SUNDAY 27th May 10-4pm with our first Open Day of the holiday.
Tuesday 29th May is our Farmer 4 the Day for children age
5-15. There are only a couple of spaces left, so if your child loves our farm and enjoys the outdoor life then contact elizabeth@millersark.co.uk to book your child in now. Booking is essential for this event only.

All open days are 10-4pm.
Enjoy cuddling the lambs and tiny goat kids, visit our chick and duckling room and hold the tiny chicks.
Animal handling area will have guinea pigs and chicken and ducklings to hold.
We are waiting excitedly for our next donkey foals which are due to be born very soon, and the sows are due their piglets too.
If you adore our tiny piglets, be one of the lucky families to enter and sit with “mum” and her little piglets.
Giant straw play has lots of new bales and tunnels to allow children to romp around letting off steam. Our picnic area will be open and let the under 5’s play on the toy ride on tractors whilst you enjoy a well deserved rest.
Our tea barn will be open all day serving jacket potatoes, delicious quiches and salad, soup and of course our speciality burgers and sausages. Not forgetting a great selection of ice creams, teas and coffee plus a wide selection of gluten free food (and ice cream) and vegetarian options too.
We look forward to seeing you in half term.
Entry is £8 for adults and children over 2, under 2’s are free.

Miller’s Ark Sheep Shearing Weekend
Summer has almost arrived, which means one thing – it’s time for our annual Sheep Shearing Open Days this weekend Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th May between 10-4pm.
Sit and watch Holly our shearer as she demonstrates the skills needed to make all the sheep comfortable for the warm weather ahead and give interesting talks during the day.
If you haven’t spent time with the teenage piglets, sit down in the pen and they will choose a lap to rest on, while enjoying a tickle on their tummies. Or have the very special experience of being the one family in with the tiny piglets!
Also new this Spring, enjoy our hatching room where our recently newly hatched ducklings and chicks can be handled.
All the animals will be available for cuddles, grooming and lots of love and attention, so don’t miss a great weekend down on the farm.
Remember too we have a great tea barn and sunny patio serving home made cakes, delicious hot food, ice creams and drinks throughout the day, or enjoy a picnic in our paddock, with toy tractors and ride on toys for the little people.
Also last few places for children aged 5-15 to enjoy being real Farmers 4 the Day on Tuesday 29th May.
